If you have an active subscription, you will continue to be charged by the online payment system. We do not offer pro rata refunds. You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription (either on the site or in writing) before it recurs. We do not offer refunds.
The website and company do not take responsibility for those students who forget about their subscription but continue to be charged. It is each students responsibility to manage their own subscription. They may contact us if they need assistance with this. The website states multiple times that the price is monthly until cancellation.
